I purchased a 3 licence version of Office 2024 Professional. The email with instructions and download link arrived promptly. The initial key would not activate the software, but after contacting Customer Support via email, they promptly responded and provided a new key which worked perfectly. When I went to install the software on a second PC, once again the key failed. But again I contacted Customer Support and they again provided me with a new key which worked perfectly. I feel I may need to do the same again when I install the software on a third PC, but the response from support was fast and has solved the problem twice now. Overall very pleased with both software and Customer Support.
